Sheridan Gym Review


Did you know Sheridan had a gym?

 If you didn’t know or have been thinking about going here is a bit of College info about the gym.

The Sheridan gym is a great place to work-out and relieve some built up stress that school can cause. They offer a wide arrange of workout equipment and cardio machines to meet any of your workout goal. They offer group classes like Zumba, spinning and yoga.

They also offer personal training. The gym can get busy at certain times of the day so the best time to go would be between 8 am-11 am and 2 pm-5 pm. They seem to be the less crowded times. Overall the Sheridan gym is great and can fit into the life of a college student.
