I
can tell you firsthand about how hard it is to balance school work and extracurricular activities while also
trying to have a ‘life’. All the
back and forth really drains a person
and cause a lot of stress. The first
thing to understand is that this is
natural and happens to the best of us. You are not alone! I too have skirted the edges of haveing a Hollywood worthy head
explosion due to sleepless nights
and work overload.
The best way to relieve yourself from stress is to manage your time properly, eat well, drink
lots of water and make sure you find
time to sometimes forget everything and indulge in something that is just
for you! Whether it be having a
marathon for your favorite TV show, kicking
back with a good book and some amazing music, going out with friends or just catching a few extra
hours of sleep. Find time for YOU too!
